People don't look at your personality first.
People judge you automatically by your looks and then try to get to know your personality.
But the second they don't like your looks, they don't get to know you. That's how reality is.
So honestly, if there's 2 person walking down the street.
one that is good looking while another don't. You're going to look at the one
making an effort to look good isn't it? So seriously, why is the one that is good looking usually
gets the attention? So looks definitely would be a bonus..

been working in service line for an on off period.
&In service line, you bound to meet unreasonable customers.
you got paid, so definitely good service should be provided isn't it?
But SOME customers are really... beyond hope.
I may not have the best service but I'll try my best in meeting customer needs.
but there are really A FEW customers that makes you so ~!@#$
Some customers just think that you owe them.
As in, yes I'm the staff and I'm suppose to serve you well.
But please be polite to me, I AM A HUMAN TOO.
Don't think that you're the one giving me salary and boss me around. BITCH PLEASE.
